@Thelawnbae and I recently came across this overgrown property last weekend.

I spoke to the neighbor and he was kind enough to give me the owner phone number.

I reached out to the owner and told him that I see his lawn is way overgrown and that I would clean it up for him completely FREE!

He seemed a bit surprised at first but thankful at the same time. He mentioned that he usually mows it himself but he has Nose Cancer and just had surgery.

With his permission we transformed this eyesore into a beautiful manicured masterpiece.
