A research project led to an innovation that set Desmond Chow on a path to farming. Since 2018, Desmond Chow has been innovating crawfish farming, from developing crawfish feed to developing the world’s first crawfish reproductive technology. His crawfish are free from diseases and environmental pollutants.

Today, he coowns five crawfish farms across Asia, helping farmers to increase their crop yield. What is driving this Singaporean to innovate crawfish farming? Host Ming Tan finds out as he works as Desmond’s farmhand in his farm and hatchery in Cambodia.
