Most of the footage in this video was shot BEFORE it all hit the fan. The majority of the ride was done in the moonless dark at a point where the trail seemed mostly washed out, and I didn't think to replace the battery in my camera until we actually made it to the graded road. I look forward to going back on a smaller bike and seeing just how hard this trail actually was. I'm sure that on camera it looks pathetic, but I assure you this was the most difficult trail I'd ever taken the KLR 650 on, and even more so once the clutch failed and the footpeg broke off.
