I spend a couple of hours meal prepping every week which saves so much time and money! I like to meal prep for 34 days, so I donā€™t need to eat the same foods every day of the weekā˜ŗ

Just a reminder that we are all different and need different amounts of food Itā€™s recommended to eat between 0.8 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending how active your lifestyle isā˜ŗ Iā€™m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80100g of protein
