1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken or seafood broth
34 cloves minced garlic
1 diced shallot
34 tbsps butter
1/4 cup capers
1/4 cup diced parsley
AP, Lemon Bae, Hot AP (use whatever seasoning you enjoy on salmon)
