This is Chilli or Cinnabon. Her body is dwarfed and unfortunately, both hind legs are deformed, so she has no chance to grow. Her lungs are infected and her way of life must be handicapped. She needs a caregiver who understands and prepares for him.

He will be at risk of heart disease and others in the future. Her treatment is difficult and she needs oxygen to breathe. It's a severe birth defect. The vet did their best to save her. She gets better each day but it's a lot of pain. Huge thanks for the help of very everyone involved in giving her a better life.
