Save yourself some money by hemming your own jeans at home. This video will show you how simple it really is.

Have you had jeans hemmed and they just never looked right? It's because they removed the original bottom hem from the jeans. I had it done years ago with some very expensive jeans and I hated them!

I saw this trick a few different ways and it's pretty simple and doesn't take a lot of time.

Yes they can be done at your local dry cleaners or a Taylor can do it but, it can cost upwards of $40 or more. After spending over $100 on a great new pair of jeans that you just had to have, why would I want to pay another $40. I would feel the need to wear those jeans constantly because they cost me a fortune in the end.


You'll need a good measuring tape, a pair of jeans that have the perfect length, a sewing machine, an iron, scissors, pinking shears and some great iron on hem tape. You can do this!
