500 gram sweet bread mold, mold: 13 cm in diameter, 9 cm in height
3/4 Cup Pink or Brown Lentils
3/4 Cup of Natural Orange Juice
5 Dates
2 teaspoons orange peel zest
2 teaspoons lemon peel zest
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 Cup of Walnuts
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of vinegar
Optional Cherries to decorate.
Oatmeal and Chocolate Panettone Ingredients 3:20
Sweet bread mold of 500 grams, 13 cm in diameter, 9 cm in height
1 1/2 Cups of Oatmeal
4 Tablespoons of ground flax seeds
1/2 Cup of water
1 Cup of banana or apple puree
1 teaspoon of orange blossom water or sweet bread essence
1/4 Cup of SugarFree Vegan Chocolate
1 teaspoon baking powder
Ingredients Coconut Flour Panettone 6:50
Sweet bread mold of 500 grams, 13 cm in diameter, 9 cm in height
1/4 Cup of Coconut Flour
1 Cup of Banana puree
1/4 Cup of peanut or peanut butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 Cup of water
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 Cup of walnuts
1/4 Cup of Almonds
1/4 Cup baking soda
1 teaspoon of vinegar
250 ml measuring cup.
Mold 13 cm in diameter, 9 cm in height
