Healthy Homemade Granola || Less than 10 ingredients!

This healthy granola recipe is easy to make and perfect for yogurt recipes or just to eat on its own!


Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup coconut flakes
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 300F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, walnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon, and salt. Drizzle in the coconut oil, honey and butter. Stir until combined.
3. Scoop the granola onto the baking sheet and press the mixture into a 1inchthick oval. This will encourage it to clump up.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, rotate the pan halfway, and use a fork to gently break the granola apart. Bake for 15 minutes more, or until golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
