Healthy Chocolate Brownie With Beetroot And Sweet Potato | DairyFree and Vegan Recipe
Hi, make this brownie recipe…eat it…and report back!
For the base of the brownie:
1 medium sweet potato, baked skin on
1 med beetroot, peeled, grated
1 cup almond butter or any seed or nut butter
1 cup bobs red mills coconut flour
1 cup maple syrup or any liquid sweetener
1 cup cacao powder
pinch of salt
Line a small square brownie tin with baking paper
Peel the sweet potato
Add all the base of the brownie to a food processer and blend this till all is combined and mixed well
Transfer the base to your lined tin
Press the base evenly set aside and make your topping
For the topping:
1cup cacao
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
Mix all together briefly
Add to the top of your base and spread evenly, set in the fridge, and eat within an hour, YUM!
