RECIPE:
1 cup white rice flour
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
Cast iron or heavy skillet
Mix flour and oil in skillet. Cook in 350 degree F oven for 2 ½ to 3 hours. No stirring is necessary while cooking.
If you don’t use it right away, it stores nicely in the refrigerator in an air tight glass jar
