We eat fresh salads at least once a day. You don't have to be very creative to make your salad tasty, nourishing and healthy. However, there are some tricks that make salads more appealing for the kids. The way you cut your vegetables can make a big difference. Also adding some special ingredients can make your salad taste better. My special ingredient is pickles, and you can find your own.
For this salad I've used the following ingredients:
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Boiled eggs
Raw cauliflower
Avocado
Pickles
Salt
Olive Oil
Some variations to this salad include adding chicken, corn or other vegetables you like.
Enjoy!
