56 cups cubed fork tender potatoes
1 /2 cup onions
2 cloves garlic minced
8 sliced cooked bacon(reserved grease for cooking onions and garlic)
1 tsp parsley
1/3 cup flour
2 cups broth
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup sour cream
