Hawaii DOT continues cleanup from storms while preparing for Kona Low ahead
Heavy rains over the last week have residents on the Windward side trying to dry out and avoid flooding conditions. As that process continues, a Kona Low storm is making its way to the islands threatening even more rain and hazardous conditions to follow.
