How are we halfway into April already?

Sometimes I wonder why would anybody want to have it all if it often means poor sleep, poor boundaries, high stress and frequent burnt out? Let's appreciate we all have our seasons.

It was a lovely one day trip to the North Coast. Being able to bring kids with us meant everything.

It's been a few weeks training with Kyle's aid and I'm enjoying it so very much. Easter break has been so busy and I realised I needed a break from digital painting and to focus on moving my body more.
