For the sauce,
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce,
a splash of red wine vinegar,
1/2 teaspoon of Braggs amino
1 tablespoon of jalapeno juice.
mix well and put in skirt steak leave in icebox for 4 hours
heat a pan to around 400 degrees with olive oil until it starts to smoke.
cook for medium rare take out and let rest.
when you go to cut into strips go cross grain it will be more tender.
cut vegetables (onion bell pepper orange and green) mushrooms optional.
cook until tender (not soggy)
heat up tortillas in hot pan load up the meat and veggies and serve
