Handle Client Relationships like a Pro!

From the art of listening, interpreting notsogood briefs to managing all other sorts of tricky client situations, Mitul Chauhan will share his learnings, ably assisted by a few pearls of wisdom from Messrs Sterling, Draper and co (stolen from a TV show about advertising you may have seen).
The talk is aimed at all freelancers, but particularly those at the creative coalface: art workers, designers, developers, art directors, writers et al. You’ll also find it helpful if you already work directly with clients or have left the agency world and you’d like to elevate your “managing” client game.

About the speaker:
Mitul Chauhan is a freelance copywriter, a former content lead, and before that an account handler for 15 years. He’s now in his 3rd decade working in the creative industry and has plied his trade BTL, ATL, client side and more recently digital experience.
He specialises in brand, UX and growth copy and has been on the YunoJuno platform (on and off) since 2020.
