While testing the LIHAN 8In! Car Charger, I had plugged the Toopow 150W Power Inverter into it, and plugged into that was one of the halogen bulbs I got recently. Apparently, that Toopow power inverter sends some strange waveforms out, as the filament in this bulb "sings" when it turns on. Definitely modified sine wave, but what kind of modifcations, is what I'd like to know!
