Hair Growth after chemo. Chemotherapy is a treatment that uses drugs to kill cancer cells, but it can also affect the normal cells in your body, including the hair follicles. This can cause hair loss or thinning, which can be distressing and challenging for many people. However, hair growth usually resumes after chemotherapy ends.

I was on FEC D treatment plan

Part One : Fluorouracil 5FU, chemotherapy given by injection into the vein, Pharmorubicin chemotherapy given by injection into the vein, Cyclophospamide chemotherapy given by injection into the vein

Every three weeks

Part Two: Docetaxel (other names: Taxotere) chemotherapy given by injection into the vein

Every three weeks

I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma in May 2022 stage 2.
