After breaking up with Zane, Rikki leaves the cafe in order to get away from him, and Zane rehires Sophie as the new manager. Thrilled with her new position, Sophie immediately starts making changes to the cafe, and hires Cleo's sister Kim as a waitress. Meanwhile, Will's new after shave gives Bella a sneezing allergy, which also inadvertently triggers her powers. Unable to perform without sneezing (and unleashing her mermaid powers on everyone), Bella is close to being fired from the cafe by the brutal Sophie.
