Our neighbor lost two of their dogs over the last few months. They decided to get a puppy to help their last remaining dog cope with the losses and have a new buddy to play with. Low and behold, Astrid (Norse for Beautiful) is Gus's first cousin! They are 3 months apart. Their moms are sisters. Astrid is 8 weeks and smaller than what Gus was at 8 weeks. He's like a bull in a china shop most days. Here are a few short clips of play time they had when we puppy sat for them for a couple of days. It was difficult at first to introduce them, because Gus doesn't know his own strength, but after awhile, he did very well.
