Eidos's Guardians of the Galaxy are my favourite guardians. The galaxy they con their way through is packed with heart and earnestness that makes something as simple as eavesdropping on a conversation between Rocket and Drax the highlight of a play session. The worldbuilding, the aesthetic, the tone, couldn’t be more inkeeping with the vibe of this ramshackle group of lovable criminals.

But it’s far from perfect.

In fact I’d argue that Guardians of the Galaxy is a good game with great writing.
