Those vehicles are Unique which means they cannot be found anywhere else in the game, only in Prologue mission.

NO CHEATS
NO MODS
NO EDITORS
NO ONLINE MISSIONS

This is the first gamebreaking glitch, similar to OnMissionZero (OM0) state found in 3D era GTA games which allows you to do free roam stuff DURING the mission. This glitches up your savefile big time, but you can always glitch up the copy of your save to do this all for fun while NOT affecting your true game progress!
