.8.9 quarts of water per 8lb bag
Mix for 1 minute
Let sit for 5
Mix another minute
Ready to grout

Be sure sponge is only damp
Too much water in joints will ruin & wash out the grout joint

Excess grout will easily remove later
Focus on packing and fully filling all joints

This is dependent on your environment
Grout will set up much faster in hot & dry environments
Typically you need to wait 2025 minutes before wiping off excess grout

Test grout joints with a dry finger
Grout should be moldable without pulling grout out of joint

Test a small area first
Use a damp sponge to wipe off excess grout
Sponge must be damp, excess water will wash out grout
