Today we are grilling up some Pork Chops on the Weber Kettle grill. The reverse sear method is a great indirect heat to allow the meat to slowly cook to the perfect temperature. Then finishing it off with a quick direct sear for some beautiful color and texture. Pair it off with some good smoke from flavored wood chips and a delicious rub.
