If you’re looking for a meal delivery service that is both healthy and sustainable (in food and packaging) look no further… Green Chef is the way to go.

They offer a variety of niche meal plans such as paleo, keto, vegetarian, glutenfree, vegan, omnivore, and carnivore. Not only are their meals specialized to fit certain diets but they are also sustainable.

Green Chef’s packaging is another thing that really impressed us. Everything that packs your ingredients is recyclable and compostable.

Okay, now let’s talk about actually cooking Green Chef. Our first meal (the one in the video) was a little more involved than some of the other meals from meal delivery services we’ve used in the past. I wouldn’t recommend Green Chef if you’re looking for something to eat super quick. However, if you know a little about cooking and can follow directions, Green Chef is a great option.

We cooked a meal from their keto plan — chicken verde with arugulaolive salad, and lemonroasted cauliflower. It was a really fun twist on a chicken dish (which can sometimes be boring). The best part? It was under 500 calories!

Definitely check out Green Chef if you’re looking for a meal delivery kit. They aren’t the cheapest but they have highquality and healthy meals.
