How do you cook beef tongue? The right recipe to prepare this meat dish to preserve its juiciness and softness. A simple recipe for cooking beef tongue. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

Ingredients and preparation:

Beef tongue, about 1 kg
Cover with cold water and leave for 15 minutes
Put the beef tongue in boiling water
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes
Pour off the water
Pour boiling water into the pot with the beef tongue
Cook for 60 minutes
Cook on a low flame
3 aubergines (approx. 600 g)
Cut into 1 cm rings
Tap lightly
On both sides
Place the aubergines in a plastic bag
2 tablespoons cornmeal
23 tablespoons of wheat flour
Mix well
2 eggs
¾ teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
½ teaspoon paprika
Heat a pan with oil for frying
Remove excess flour, dip in egg
Fry over low to medium heat until golden brown
Turn over and fry on the other side until golden brown
Add carrots after 60 minutes
12 onions
bay leaves
1 teaspoon of peppercorns
Let cook for 10 minutes
Add 11 ½ tablespoons salt and simmer for another 20 minutes
Once the time is up, place the beef tongue in cold water
Leave the tongue in the cold water for 10 minutes
This makes it easy to remove the coarse skin of the beef tongue
Peeling the tongue, this is very easy
After peeling, put the tongue in the boiling broth
Cook on low flame for 1520 minutes
After that, the beef tongue is ready to be eaten
2 cucumbers (100 g)
2 tomatoes (120 g)
A small bunch of parsley
125 g cream cheese
2 cloves of garlic
Black pepper
stir together
Spread on the aubergines
Taste and season with salt if necessary
Cut beef tongue into thin slices, it has become very juicy
Store the leftovers in the fridge
Fry in oil or butter before serving, it will be delicious
