✔ 3 cloves of garlic
✔ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard with seeds
✔ 1 shallot

✔ 15 cherry tomatoes
✔ 1 small cucumber
✔ 100 g (3.5 oz) mini mozzarella
✔ 1 broccoli
✔ 4 tbsp olive oil
✔ 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
✔ 1 red onion
✔ juice of 1 lemon
✔ 1 tsp salt
✔ 1 tbsp olives
