Hello Friends, here is our Gluten free chocolate chip cookie recipe, and it is delicious!!!
Preheat to 350 degrees
1/2 cup oil of choice (I use melted cocoanut oil)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 & 1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup chocolate chips, what ever You like in your cookies
salt to sprinkle on top (optional)
Mix all wet ingredients including brown sugar...then add in flour and baking soda and mix into dough (it will be thick) then mix in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 810 mins at 350 degrees, enjoy!
