My first impression of Gillette was just probably pure awe. It was just all about Abbi, what we can do for her. Having the journey that families have when they have a child with cerebral palsy is not the journey that they expected. Familyfocused care means listening to the family and to the child as well. You come into a facility like this and they tell you, 'We can help you. We can give you that hope back.' There's nothing stronger than that.
