I really can't say enough about how happy I am I chose to rehab my grade 3 AC joint separation (shoulder injury) with Dr. Rick Wetherald of Drive Physio and Performance. I very seriously considered skipping doing rehab and just "youtubing" my way through it. Thank goodness I didn't. At 12 weeks out I am almost completely recovered and I'm working out on a regular basis. I'm also back on the bike and riding with confidence. I'm looking forward to getting back into racing with VCHSS at round 1 come March. Thank you, Rick!
