Chicken dinner recipe
Mix all ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce (or teriyaki sauce)
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tsp ginger
1 Tbsp cooking oil
12 pounds chicken of your choice

Marinate chicken in fridge for 30 minutes, turning chicken occasionally. Add 1 Tbsp cooking oil to pan. Add chicken to hot pan. Cook on medium heat 57 minutes on each side. Rest on cutting board 5 minutes. Cut and serve over rice with veges. (add soy sauce or teriyaki sauce to rice)
