This dog had been chained to a fence, with no shelter. The owner of that property said the dog was a stray and that he would chase his livestock, so he tied him up.
But when we scanned him for a microchip, it turned out he had one, and his owners lived in a nearby village. So we contacted them, and they confirmed he ran away from their home 2 months ago, but they asked us if we can take the dog and rehome him, as they have several other dogs and can no longer take care of so many.
So now Lupin is in our care at @HowlOfADog and we need to find a new family for him.
