Late last year, Alex decided he wanted to take on a challenge, and chose to target the individual pursuit at the British National Track Championships. This 4km solo race against the clock is one of the hardest events in the velodrome and qualifying for the national championships, let alone winning, would be no mean feat. How will Alex get on?
