hello mga lolobs ito nanaman po ako naghahandog ng mas masarap na luto sa pritong tilapia.nawa po mga lolobs magustuhan nyo ang aking simple pero masarap na putaheng tilapia vegetables..


MGA SANGKAP...

700 grms tilapia
1glass water
1 pcs small bell red pepper
1 pcs meduim size white onion
1 pcs spring onion
150 grms colli flower
5 pcs baguio beans
1 cup myshroom soup
little of powder pepper
little of salt
little of seasonings
little of coconut oil
litte of ginger
1 pcs mamasitas oyster sauce
2 pcs of tomato
