Welcome back to East Coast Refuse. Happy New Year! Wow has the waste industry changed this year. WM completed their acquisition of Advanced earlier this year. Mack introduced their all new Electric LR model. Amrep expanded to the East Coast. But the waste industry also changed a lot in my neck of the woods. Casella replaced their aging Rear Loader fleet with brand new Low Rider Curotto Cans. Companies around here for sure felt the affect from the labor shortage. Seyrek Sealers also nearly doubled in size this year.It was also great to meet Jaden (Trashmaster15) and Will (WilltheTrashMan) at Waste Expo in Las Vegas. I would also like to thank all of the garbage companies, drivers and helpers I have filmed and met this year. Thank you to everyone from WM out of Webster and Rochester NY. Thank you to John Seyrek, Frank Parisi and everyone at Seyrek Sealers. Thank you to everyone at Casella including David Boon, RJ Smith and all of their drivers.
