Kalp Kedar is situated in Dharali town, approx 3 kns from Harshil. Only the dome is visible rest body of temple is submerged in earth. You can see the door of temple from top, which is filled with water, although the Shivlinga inside is not visible. Legend says that it is from Mahabharat era. Nevertheless, the visit to this temple is full of divinity itself. The temple is presently looked after by a Swamiji, who himself is full of compassion. So much calm and peace here. Bhagirathi river flows by the temple and the temple is submerged in river water. The temple hardly has any visitors, as this place is not known to all. Even we accidentally stumbled across this temple, as we were staying at dharali. A must must visit if you are looking for divinity, peace and calm.
