Hey Food Box HQ Family! Today I'm excited to share with you our review of Fulton Fish Market. This is one of the oldest and most reputable fresh fish markets in the country, having opened over 200 years ago in New York City. Now, they have an online marketplace where they ship fresh and frozen fish directly to your door.

For centuries, New York City chefs and restaurateurs have been visiting the Fulton Fish Market to plan their menus and impress their patrons. In 2014, they launched their online store so that everyone could enjoy their offerings, even in their own home.

The market consists of 30 independent fish companies who have banded together under a coop to deliver a wide variety of sustainable seafood, right to your door. They currently have over 25 different types of fish, clams, oysters, shrimp, lobster, crab, squid and even octopus. I was seriously impressed with the amount of variety they have.

You can choose from a variety of different ways to shop, like subscribing, bundles and kits, or purchasing items a la carte. Their website also has a whole section of recipes, so if you're looking for inspiration or not sure how to cook a lobster, they've got you covered. They even have a rewards program that gives you discounts when you've accumulated enough points.

In this video, I'm going to show you one of my favorite dishes ever that I learned from my grandparents who were from Portugal. It's called Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato (clams, garlic, olive oil and wine). It's super simple to make and it's delicious with some crusty bread as an appetizer.
