I hope you enjoy this new Full Body Barre & Pilates Workout. All you need is a mat and a chair (or anything you can hold on to).

This workout combines barre and pilates exercises to add variety to your workout routine and to target all your muscles through small isometric movements. We will strengthen and sculpt our legs and glutes in the Barre section of class and then work on our strong core and abdominals to finish.

Get ready for 35 minutes of muscle shaking and burning fun!
