From its very development to refinement and application, each iteration offers valuable lessons in learning the principles and practices of solutionfocused practices. The session will provide a personal account of becoming a practitioner and researcher in the field of coaching that may be useful for practitioners who have similar questions and wonderments about their own practices and progress.

Bio
Dr. Haesun Moon, a Communication Scientist, Adult Educator, and Researcher, is celebrated as one of the world's leading thought leaders in Coaching and Mentoring, shortlisted by Thinkers50, often described as "the Oscars of Management Thinking" by the Financial Times. She is the Executive Director at the Canadian Centre for Brief Coaching in Toronto and holds a Ph.D. in Adult Education and Community Development from the University of Toronto. Her significant contributions to EvidenceBased Coaching, Dialogic Organizational Development, and Heutagogical Education are widely recognized. As an esteemed instructor at the University of Toronto and the Institute of Coaching affiliated with Harvard Medical School, Dr. Moon combines scholarly rigour with practical expertise. She's authored influential works like "Coaching A to Z: The Extraordinary Use of Ordinary Words" and "Foundations of Brief Coaching."
