RECIPES:
Parmigiana recipe:

Crab linguine:
pot of fresh crab
4 garlic cloves
500g cherry tomatoes
fresh parsley
linguine for 2
salt
olive oil
chilli flakes
½ lemon
cracked black pepper
grated parmesan

method: takes 30 minutes
drizzle olive oil in a pan with the heat setting low, place the tomatoes in and lid on for 20 minutes simmering. Mince the garlic & chop the parsley stalks and add to the pan five minutes in along with a sprinkle of salt and tablespoon of chilli flakes and then allow to simmer for 15mins longer. Put the pasta on boil with salted water. When it's ready, remove 1 cup of pasta water and set aside. Remove the lid from tomatoes after 15 mins and mash the tomatoes down add in the crab, squeeze of half a lemon, splash of pasta water and lots of black pepper simmer for 2 more minutes. Serve the linguini with the sauce on top with a sprinkling of parmesan and chopped parsley leaves.

Smoothies; for 2 people
Green smoothie:
1 banana, large handful washed spinach, cup of frozen mango, juice of 1 lime, ¼ cup of cashews, 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2tbsp milled flax, 1tsp spirulina, 1tsp honey, topped up with coconut milk and coconut water until consistency is smooth. Blitz together!

Cherry Cacao Smoothie:
1 banana, large handful washed spinach, cup of frozen cherries, 1tbsp of raw cacao powder, 2 tbsp oats, ¼ cup of Brazil nuts, 2tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, 1 tsp honey, topped up with oat milk and coconut water until consistency is smooth. Blitz together!

Blueberry Smoothie:
1 banana, large handful washed spinach, cup of frozen blueberries, 2 tbsp oats, ¼ cup of almonds, 1 tsp spirulina, 1 tsp honey, topped up with oat milk and coconut water until consistency is smooth. Blitz together!
