The song "Deaf to all but the Ronald" is a parody of Mystia's Theme, "Deaf to all but the Song" from Touhou 8 Imperishable Night made using voice samples of a Japanese McDonalds advertisement.

I remember seeing McDonald's Ran Ran Ru MAD video remixes based on Japanese McDonald's commercials involving Ronald McDonald, also known in Japan as "Donald McDonald" (ドナルド・マクドナルド). Those videos reached peak popularity in 2007.
