Beef, New Zealand, imported, variety meats and byproducts, heart, cooked, boiled, 27 ounces
Red Bell Peppers, steamed, 3 to 4 medium
Brown Rice, Cooked in Unsalted Water, 4 cups
Okinawan Sweet Potatoes, 14 ounces
Beef, Variety Meats and ByProducts, Liver, Cooked, PanFried, 3 ounces
Carrots, Cooked From Fresh, 2 medium
Chicken, Broilers or Fryers, Thigh, Meat Only, Cooked, Roasted, 40 ounces
Oyster, Pacific, Cooked, 8 ounces
Beef, Top Sirloin, Steak, Separable Lean and Fat, Trimmed to 0" Fat, All Grades, Cooked, Broiled, 12 ounces
Dark, green leafy vegetables (mustard greens, kale) cooked, 2 ounces
1 tsp. Dogzymes Complete
1 tsp. finely ground eggshell powder
4/5 scoop Now Kelp powder
Wiley's Finest Wild Alaskan Fish Oil, mini capsules 630mg EPA / DHA, one to two capsules need to adjust to vitamin E intake.
