We are excited to have the opportunity to test a new freeze dryer that has just been released. The Cube has a few exciting innovations including having the oilfree pump built right into the cabinet.

We use our freeze dryers all the time to preserve the harvest, make treats for the grandkids, create healthy fruit and vegetable snacks, and make convenient meals for camping, traveling, and just nights when we are in a hurry.
