Hi everyone. While I was stuck inside today, I read a press release about a Nasdaq Electric Vehicle company that is going to Reverse Split it's stock. What caught my eye was the phrase that all fractional shares will be rounded up to the nearest whole share. Well, if you buy one share and it splits 1 for 45, you will have a 1/45th fractional share which will round up to a whole share. Since the stock is traded about .10 today, it will open at about $4.50 on Monday, Feb. 5th, 2024. So all you have to do is buy 1 share for about .10 and then receive your $4.50 share on Monday, and sell it if you wish. This is real folks.
