The Florida State university student accused of killing a couple and then chewing on one of the victims' faces is conscious a week after the attack took place. Police say they found 19 yearold Austin Harrouff chewing on the face of John Stevens, who was beaten and stabbed to death along with his wife Michelle at their home. Harrouff reportedly told police he wasn't on any drugs, but cops are awaiting test results from the FBI to confirm that. #InsideEdition
