Franklin is continuing to make progress and coming out of his aggressive shell and into his own. we have used a variety of techniques working with Franklin to try to maximize our success including Marker training, muzzle training, scratch pad training, trick training, massage and conditioned relaxation, joint supplements, probiotics, loose leash walking, door manners, quiet time and more. It can take a while for dogs with a long history to override the really established neural pathways, which is why we try to reduce the practice of behaviors we don't like while building new behaviors that we do. Overall, Franklin is doing much better at settling, enjoying touch and making good choices!
