Located adjacent to the Mattapan MBTA Red Line station, this mixeduse redevelopment project consists of 135 residential units, 10,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space, a 70space parking structure, and 50 surface parking spots. The large structure was realized with the PERI SKYDECK system. The slab formwork system with dropheads was used for the first level structural slab and second level posttension slab. Additional over 4,000 sq. ft. of PERI PD5 10K shoring was used on the project.
