When it comes to forgiveness we always talk about showing it towards others. But, it's probably just as important that we forgive ourselves. Life comes with many inevitables such as mistakes, failures, losses, and lessons to learn. But too often we criticize ourselves too much for our imperfections. Learning to forgive yourself is the only way to find peace with your imperfections, because if not then you will always be disappointed in yourself. In this video, I go over how our inability to forgive ourself can limit ourselves and affect us mentally.
