With the worst start to a season I can remember showing no signs of letting up, it has been beyond tough to find fishable water within a couple of hours of home still. Continuous rain and flooded rivers have meant cancelled guiding days, fishing trips and very little going on across the board.
We took a gamble on a slightly better weather forecast and went on a mission to find something low enough to fish. Big thanks to TAUPO POWERSPORTS for giving us the means to go further than normal to achieve this!
